By booking an event, you agree to the following:
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
Each event requires a minimum number of paid bookings to go ahead. If the minimum is not reached, you’ll be refunded or offered a transfer to another Country Girls Club event.
Once an event is confirmed and booked with the venue, tickets are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.
If the venue or Country Girls Club has to cancel the event, you’ll be offered a refund or transfer where possible.
Attendees must follow all safety instructions from the venue, instructors and Country Girls Club organiser.
Photos and videos may be taken during events and used by Country Girls Club for social media, website and promotional content. Please tell us before the event if you do not want to be featured.
For equestrian content shoots, riders are responsible for their own horse, transport, tack, safety equipment, behaviour and insurance.
